Rising Central Florida Soprano Juliana Lind made her professional opera debut April 2023 in Donizetti’s The Daughter of the Regiment, followed in the same season by her principal debut in “Baseball: A Musical Love Letter.” Shortly after receiving her Bachelor of Liberal Arts Degree studying vocal performance at the highest level at Rollins College, under the instruction of Samantha Barnes Daniel.

In 2019, Juliana appeared as a choral singer for the Florida leg of the National Game of Thrones Live Concert Experience tour. More recently, she has appeared as a soloist for The Bach Festival of Winter Park, including at the Ginsburg Family Foundation Ukraine Benefit at Steinmetz Hall featuring the National Ballet of Ukraine. She has also sung choral masterworks such as Faure’s Requiem, Beethoven’s 9th Symphony, and Orff’s Carmina Burana.

Juliana is a teaching and performing artist for Central Florida Vocal Arts where she is privileged to provide music lessons at no cost to Central Florida public school students and perform in community enrichment events. She is employed as a vocalist in The Winter Park First Congregational Church Choir under the direction of Dr. John Sinclair.

A versatile musician, she's sung with both classical and jazz ensembles, honed her skills as a choral conductor and studied french horn. Juliana is a passionate learner with particular interest in lyric diction and musical settings of Shakespeare's Hamlet.

    Opera Orlando is in the army now, as it closes its Opera Everlasting season with Donizetti’s hilarious The Daughter of the Regiment. Enjoy this family-friendly tale about Marie, the eponymous “daughter” of the regiment. It’s a show of equal parts comedy, romance, and vocal fireworks led by stage director Andrew Nienaber and featuring the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Johsua Horsch.

    Opera Orlando is pleased to welcome vocal coach Massimo Iannone for his debut Masterclass in the United States. Mr. Iannone is winner of the Maria Malibran Association's Caruso 2022 Prize and winner of the Battistini Competition's “A Life for Music” Prize. He is known on the international music scene for his work in training young lyric voices.
